TASTING NOTE

Dark intense purple in color with a lingering tears in sight. In nose, ripe fruits with a reminder of figs and dry plums are perceived and a remote smoke, which is a characteristic of this varietal and its process of oak. In the mouth, full-bodied and spicy with sweet tannins that make it smooth, delightful and ideal to serve with red meats, pasta and matured cheese.
